HOW TO BECOME A CLIENT

Telephone the DVG office

You will be asked for:

  • your name
  • address
  • telephone number
  • year of birth
  • any special needs and
  • if you need any help to get to and from the car
  • a little information so that we can confirm that you are in need of our services

Please note: we are unable to carry child seats and booster seats.

Once we have accepted you onto our client list, we will explain how we work and let you know the suggested contributions we hope to receive for the various journeys

For each journey tell us:

  • where you need to go and why
  • the date and time of your appointment

We need as much notice as possible - preferably at least four working days - our volunteers have busy lives and aren't always available to help at short notice
